What information do you gather automatically from visitors?

We use your IP address (the series of numbers associated with your individual computer) to help us maintain our site and identify potential problems with our server. Your IP address does not disclose any personally revealing information about you.

What information will you ask me for?

When you register to use any Loveissexy.com Inc. service, including use of loveissexy.com, you will be asked for some general identifying information, which will enable us to provide you with this individualized service. We gather contact information (such as your email address), demographic information (city of residence) or age. We may share some of this information with our professional advisors or consultants and third party partners; however, the information shared will be limited to non-personally identifying demographic information shared under cover of confidentiality.

Once you have registered, you will be given the option of creating a pseudonymous profile (nickname and personal description). You will be asked for some personal but non-identifying information to complete your profile (i.e. height, body type, race, religion, whether you smoke, etc). This information is not linked in any way to your personally identifiable information for other members to see. Obviously, if you provide us with a photograph, audio or video some of your information may become personally identifiable information.

How will this information be used and who has access to it?

If you choose to have them sent to you, we may use your contact information to send you updates and timely notices of promotions and mailbox status reports. Our site provides you with the opportunity to opt-in to receiving different types of communications from us at the point where we request registration information. You may modify this choice at any time by selecting "Preferences" from the affiliate marketing page of the Website. We reserve the right to use your contact information at any time to advise you of any updates that may materially affect your rights or status on our site.

Your non-personally identifying demographic information is used to personalize your experience, allow other members to find you through a search, allow us to forward you further search results, to compose your personal profile - which is associated with a pseudonymous identity you have created - and to deliver targeted advertising and promotional offers to you from us and from external companies that are of the highest relevance to your demographic profile. Loveissexy.com Inc. promotional offers and service information may be sent to your contact email from time to time as well as to your loveissexy.com mailbox. In respect of all other promotions, only your loveissexy.com mail box, and not your contact email or other contact information may be made available to other members or organizations unless you have initiated or opted in to receive information or emails from the member or organization.

The personally identifiable information we collect from you is used for our review of the Site and to improve the content and functionality of our web server or customize the layout of our pages.  Additionally, we may, from time to time, use this information to identify other members that fit your search criteria and to contact you with the profiles of those members or to provide other members with your profile. Subject to the terms of this Privacy Statement, including without limitation the following sentence, the specific information we collect is not shared with other organizations and we do not release your personally identifiable information to an external organization without your prior consent except for the purposes of validating credit information and collecting debts. We may disclose your personally identifiable information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so as required by law, including by an order of any court, institute or body with jurisdiction or authority to compel the production of information; or in connection with an Loveissexy.com Inc. corporate re-organization, merger or amalgamation with another entity, or a sale of all or a substantial portion of the assets of Loveissexy.com Inc.

Although Loveissexy.com Inc. makes use of up to date technology in order to protect your pictures, audio and video recordings from being copied or captured by unauthorized third parties, please keep in mind that we cannot ensure complete protection. When we use your pictures and video in our service or our marketing materials we include the loveissexy.com logo to serve as notice to third parties not to copy or use the pictures or video.

Financial Information

Under some circumstances we may require certain additional information, including, but not limited to, your credit card billing information.  We use this financial information, including your name, address, and other information to bill you for use of out services.  By making a purchase, or engaging in other kind of activity or transaction that uses financial information on the Site, you consent to our providing of your financial information to our service providers and to such third parties as we determine necessary to support and process your activities and transactions, as well as to your credit card issuer for their purposes.  These third parties may include the credit card companies and banking institutions used to process and support your transaction or activity.  By purchasing, or registering for or making reservations for products or services of third parties offered on the Site, or by participating in programs offered on the Site that are administered by third parties and that require you to submit financial information in order to use them, you also consent to our providing your financial information to those third parties.  Any of these various third parties may be authorized to use your financial information in accordance with our contractual arrangements with such third parties and in accordance with their own privacy policies, over which we have no control, and you agree that we are not responsible or liable for any of their actions or omissions.  Additionally, you agree that we may use and disclose all information submitted to such third parties in the same manner in which we are entitled to use and disclose any other information that you submit to us.

Associates

When you register to become an Associate of our site, you will be asked for contact information and information related to your site. Your information will only be used by internal staff and will never be shared with anyone external to the company other than our advisors and representatives without your consent, unless required to do so by operation of law. Your information will be used to secure your approval as an Associate, to facilitate communication between our two sites and to send you payment, based on your site's performance.

Advertisers

When you inquire about advertising opportunities on our site, you will be asked for contact information and information related to your advertising objectives. This information will be used to provide you with the business information you are seeking. Your information is only shared with internal staff and possibly the external ad representation agencies that sell media space on the site, on our behalf.  Loveissexy.com Inc. sites may contain links to other sites not affiliated with Loveissexy.com Inc.  Please note that these other sites may have privacy policies that differ from those of loveissexy.com.  We have no control over any personal information that you provide to these sites.

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

How long do you keep the information I've provided you?

We keep the information you have given us for as long as your Ad Profile stays active or hidden.

Accessing & Updating Your Email Notification Preferences, Personal Information & Public Information

You have the opportunity to opt-out of certain communications and modify personal information or demographic information you have provided to us, and to hide information visible to the public users of the Site at anytime by going to the 'Manage Profile' or 'Message Center' sections of the Site.
Please be aware that it may take several hours for any custom changes you make to take effect on the public areas of the system. Please also note that changing or deleting your information through the 'Manage Profile' or 'Message Center' section of the system, or opting-out of email notifications from us, will only change or delete the data in our database for the purpose of future activities and communications. These changes and deletions will not change or delete emails or information that are queued to be sent or have already been sent.

Unsolicited Email (SPAM)

Loveissexy.com Inc. does not send unsolicited email. To receive notices or messages from our system, members must 'opt-in' (this does not include payment notifications or replies to emails you initiate to us). Additionally, we do not advertise our service using unsolicited email, nor do we permit our affiliates or channel partners to use unsolicited email either. Any abuse or evidence of unsolicited email that appears to have been initiated from us, directly or indirectly, should be brought to the immediate attention of our compliance officer by emailing customerservice@loveissexy.com.

Do you monitor online behavior?

Our clients communicate with each other through onsite message mail and Instant Messaging. While we do not, as a rule, moderate or monitor our members' private exchanges, we reserve the right to do so if we suspect users of being under 18 or of using our service for the purpose of solicitation or any other violation of our Terms of Use or this Privacy Statement. Submissions that appear on the public area of the site may be moderated and, if necessary, we reserve the right to edit, delete, remove or not use any communication on a public area of the site.

Please be advised that the Site may contain links to third party websites.  The linked sites are not under the control of Loveissexy.com Inc., and we are not responsible for the contents or privacy practices of any linked site or any link on a linked site.

Statistical Reports

Loveissexy.com Inc. may also use personal account information and data collected through your personal identification to generate statistics and aggregate reports for internal use and for sharing with affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and advertisers.  These statistics and aggregate reports will not contain any information that could identify you personally.
