What is VIP? / Who can see my VIP?

VIP is your private profile content section. You have a VIP section for images, audio recordings and video recordings. Only members that you have granted VIP access to can access this content. Remember, VIP access is not granted section by section, that is, if you grant someone access they will have access to ALL VIP content in all areas: images, audio recordings and video recordings. How do I move /images/audio/video to VIP?

Open your profile page by clicking “My Profile” on the top navigation bar. Click on the “edit” link next to the image, audio or video section, this will open the edit page where you can manage your /images/recordings. Previously uploaded/recorded content will be displayed on the left with the edit controls at the bottom. Click on the item you wish to move, it will be displayed in the main section and at the bottom of the section are the buttons used to designate the content as either “public” or “VIP” (other members will require access from you to listen/view). Why did my image/recording get moved to VIP?

If your image/recording was moved to VIP it is because it violates our content rules. All /images/recordings will go into “pending approval” status until we review the content and will be reviewed within 24 hours. We reserve the right to move content to VIP at our discretion and will delete content that violates our content rules. Click here for a list of permitted and not permitted profile content. How do I grant someone VIP access?

You grant someone VIP access by clicking “Give VIP” under the actions bar that is directly to the right of the profile photo. This is accessible either on a search results page or full profile view page. Once you grant VIP access the user granted will be sent an email notification letting them know. You can keep track of who you have granted VIP access to as well as who has granted you VIP access via the VIP List tab on the top navigation bar. Back to top

Can/How do I revoke VIP access?

You can easily revoke VIP access you previously granted to a user in the exact same way that you granted it. That is, under the actions panel that is directly to the right of the profile photo, click “Revoke VIP”. We do not notify members when you revoke their VIP access. How do I request VIP access?

You request VIP access via the action panel directly next to the profile photo on either a search result profile or full profile view by clicking “Request VIP Access”. Once you request access the request will be immediately sent via email to the user. Upon VIP access being granted you will receive an email notification and the user will be listed in your VIP List under Incoming – Approved. Back to top

How do I view someone’s VIP?

When you are granted VIP access it means that you can see VIP photos, hear VIP audio recordings and watch VIP video recordings. When viewing a profile you will see how many images, audio/video recordings the user has designated VIP next to the specific section heading. Simply click on the section to view the public as well as VIP content. Back to top
